Hotel Accommodations
MFMA has negotiated special room rates at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Conference attendees pay $197 for single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. The special rate applies from Saturday, March 6, through Tuesday, March 16. The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is located at 4000 Sandestin Blvd., Destin, Florida 32550.

To reserve a room at the Hilton Sandestin, call the hotel at +1-800- 367-1271 or +1-850-267-9500. Be sure to identify yourself as an MFMA Conference attendee to receive the special discounted rate. Discounted rooms are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted room rates apply only to MFMA attendee reservations received before February 9, 2010, provided rooms are still available in the MFMA room block. Make your reservations early to ensure your accommodations.

Airline and Ground Transportation

Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS)
The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is located approximately 45 minutes from the Northwest Florida Regional Airport. Taxi service is available for a one-way fare of approximately $63 for up to four people.

Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS)
The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is located approximately 60 minutes from the Pensacola Regional Airport. Taxi service is available for a one-way fare of approximately $115 for up to four people.

Panama City International Airport (PFN)
The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is located approximately 90 minutes from the Panama City International Airport. Taxi service is available for a one-way fare of approximately $115 for up to four
people.

Shuttle Service
Bayside Shuttle offers shuttle service between all three area airports and the Hilton Sandestin. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Contact Bayside Shuttle at +1-866-581-1505 or +1-850-581-1505 or visit baysideshuttle.com to make your reservations.

Car Rental
Avis Rent-a-Car System Inc. is the official car rental service for the MFMA 2010 Conference. Avis has a terminal conveniently located at all three area airports and can provide discounted rates for conference attendees. Parking
Valet parking is currently $20 per night with in/out privileges. Overnight self parking is complimentary for MFMA Conference attendees. Note: self-parking charges will be removed from guest bills every evening, but it is each attendee’s responsibility to verify this upon checkout.
